Grant by Thomas Whettenhall the Younger of Hadlowe in the county of Kent to Robert Byng of Wrotham in the county aforesaid, esquire, of a piece of land in Yaldyng in the said county with its appurtenances, called Mylkers Meade, late in the tenure or occupation of Erasmus Clerke, containing 2 acres; and also another piece of land in Yalding containing 35 perches, lying bounded by a certain lane called Waghome Lane on the north side, and the land of the grantee called Fletchers Felde to the south and west.
